Sudden Death Investigation North Wall Quay 241011 - Appeal

Gardaí at Store Street investigating a sudden death at North Wall Quay that occurred yesterday evening, Monday, the 24th October 2011 are issuing an appeal.

A 31 year old woman was fatally injured when she fell from a funfair machine between 11pm and 11.30pm.
 

A man who was using a camera phone to record his time on the funfair ride at the time of the accident is asked to contact Gardaí at Store Street on 01 666 8008, the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
