All 5 men arrested on Wednesday were released without charge last night, Wednesday the 23rd November 2011.
A file will be prepared for The Director of Public Prosecutions and forwarded on completion.
Four (4) further arrests were made this morning, Thursday 24th November 2011, in relation to these investigations.
All 4 arrests were made in Limerick city and 2 males and 2 females are detained at Roxboro Road, Henry Street and Mayorstone Garda Stations.
Those arrested are all in their 20’s and are being detained under sections 30, 42 and 50 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Gardaí from Limerick, assisted by the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation have arrested 5 males this morning, Wednesday 23rd November 2011.
The arrests are part of the ongoing investigations into the deaths of Shane Geoghegan (November 2008), Roy Collins (April 2009) and James Cronin (April 2008) and they took place in the Midlands and Dublin areas.
The men are aged in their 20’s and 30’s.
They are detained at Roxboro Road, Henry Street, Mayorstone, Clondalkin and Whitehall Garda Stations under Section 42 Criminal Justice Act.
