A male in his 20’s will appear at The Criminal Courts of Justice Number 2 this morning the 29th November 2011 at 10.30am charged in relation to this incident.
The second male who was arrested was released last night without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardai have arrested two men and seized two firearms following a shooting incident in Tallaght in the early hours of this morning the 28th November 2011.
The shooting incident took place at Hazel Hill, Tallaght at about 12.55 a.m. A number of shots were fired through the window of a house. A man in his 30s who was in the house at the time was uninjured.
Gardai investigating the incident carried out two follow-up searches during the course of which they arrested two men in their 30s and recovered two rifles. The men are detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Tallaght Garda Station.
