The man in his early 60’s that was arrested on Friday 20th May, 2011 (See Press Release 451/’11) will appear before the Special Criminal Court this evening 22nd May, 2011 at 8p.m.
Suspect device Maynooth 16 May 2011 One male arrested
As part of the investigation into the discovery of an Improvised Explosive Device in Maynooth, Co Kildare on the 16th May 2011 a male in his early 60's was arrested today the 20th May 2011.
Gardai in Longford working in conjunction with National Units arrested the male in Longford this afternoon. He is currently detained at Longford Garda Station under the provisions of section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939, as amended.
