As part of an operation targeting organised crime in the South Eastern, Southern and Western Regions Gardai have arrested 10 people and seized a large amount of cash following searches this morning, the 9/5/11.

Local Gardai assisted by the Criminal Assets Bureau and Regional Support Units conducted searches in the South Eastern, Southern and Western Regions during which 10 males ranging in ages from their 20’s to their late 30’s were arrested. A large amount of cash was also seized.<_o3a_p>
The males are detained at, <_st13a_street><_st13a_address>Henry Street, Shannon, <_st13a_street><_st13a_address>Roxboro Road, Bruff, Mallow, Nenagh, Clonmel and Dungarven garda stations under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
