Gardai in Naas who are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the 18th of March 2011 wish to renew their appeal for witnesses.
The collision happened on the N7 at Castlewarden, just after Exit 6 on the inbound lane to Dublin at approx 4pm and involved a truck and a 45 year old male pedestrian. The male pedestrian was seriously injured and later died.
Gardai are particularly interested in speaking to a male and two females in their 20’s who were travelling in what is described as a dark old type Ford Fiesta. One of the females is reported to have had blue coloured hair.

The collision involved a truck and a male pedestrian (45yrs). The male received serious injuries and was taken to Naas General Hospital where his description is described as critical. There was no one else injured in the collision.
One lane was closed for a Forensic collision examination and was re opened at 8pm.
