The 22 year old man who was arrested in relation to this incident has been charged.
He will appear before Balbriggan District Court tomorrow morning (210711) at 10.30am.

Gardaí at Swords are investigating a serious assault that occurred on a teenage girl on Saturday last, 16th July 2011.
The assault happened at approximately 2.30pm in Rivervalley Park – known locally as "The Jacko”.
A follow up investigation resulted in a 22 year old man being arrested earlier today and he is presently in custody at Swords Garda Station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
