Gardai in Gorey Co Wexford are investigating the circumstances of a fatal road traffic collision at Gorey on the 18th July 2011.
The collision involving a single vehicle occurred at approx.00.05am on the 18th July 2011 at Ballyellen on the M11 between Arklow and Gorey on the Southbound lane.
A male passenger in the car was seriously injured in the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other 2 male occupants received minor injuries, one was taken to Vincent's Hospital but later released.
The road is currently closed between exit 21 and exit 22 on the M11 southbound to facilitate a forensic collision examination and diversions are in place.
