A man aged in his 30's is expected to appear before a sitting of Blanchardstown District Court later this morning (8/7/2011) charged in relation to a drug seizure on the 6th July 2011.

As part of an ongoing investigation Detectives from the Garda National Drugs Unit carried out a search of an apartment at Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin.
During the course of the search Cocaine with an estimated street value of €420,000 (subject to analysis) was seized.
A male aged in his 30,s was arrested and detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act, 1996.
