Two males are due to appear before court charged in relation to the fatal assault of Lukasz Rzeszutko in Coolock on 2nd October 2011.
The injured party died in hospital 2 days after this incident.
A 27 year old and a 20 year old will appear before Criminal Court Jusice 2 on Friday next, the 14th January 2011.
A 17 year old appeared before Juvenile District Court 55, Smithfield earlier today.

Gardaí in Coolock are investigating a serious assault on a Polish national at Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock on the 2nd of October 2010.
They last night 2nd October 2010 arrested a male in his 20’s. He is being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended in Swords Garda station.
The injured man’s condition is described as critical.
Again Gardaí would like to renew their appeal, they are appealing for anyone who was on the Malahide Road(between The Hilton Hotel and Darndale Roundabout) or anyone who was in the Newtown Industrial Estate between 4 a.m and 5 a.m.. on Saturday the 2nd of October 20101,to contact them at Coolock Garda Station on 01 666 4200.
We would particularly like to speak to delivery persons, taxi drivers or anyone who had business in the industrial estate in the early hours of the morning.

Coolock Gardaí are investigating an incident at Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock on the 2nd of October 2010. A 27 year old man, who is believed to be a polish national, his was discovered on the roadway in the industrial estate with serious injuries. The man was on his way to work in nearby premises. Gardai were notified at about 5am on the 2nd of October 2010
He was removed to Beaumont Hospital where he is believed to be in a critical condition. The scene in preserved for technical examination and Garda investigation in under way.
