Gardai in Store Street are investigating the circumstances of a serious road traffic collision on Ormond Quay, Dublin 7 on the 22nd December 2011 in which a male was seriously injured.
The collision between a car and a male pedestrian (26yrs) occurred at approx 3.15am on Ormond Quay at the junction of Ormond Quay and the Half Penny Bridge. The pedestrian was seriously injured in the collision and was taken to the Mater Hospital for treatment.
The road (Ormond Quay) is closed for a Forensic Collision investigation and is now open.
