Gardaí from Blanchardstown investigating the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Dublin West area have seized cocaine (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €150,000.
Members from the Blanchardstown Drug Unit searched a house in the Fortlawn area of Blancharstown on Friday, the 9/12/11 at approximately 8.30pm and seized the drugs. Other drug paraphernalia was also seized during the course of this search.
Two men were arrested (32 yrs & 33 yrs) and detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 2 Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996. They are expected to appear before Blanchardstown District Court tomorrow morning (12/12/11) charged in connection with this incident.
Investigations are continuing.
