Gardai at Donnybrook are presently at scene of a three car collision which also involved a pedal cyclist. The collision occured shortly after 1 p.m. today Friday, 19th August 2011.
One person (pedal cyclist) removed to St. Vincents Hospital with serious head injuries.
Merrion Road is now closed in both directions. Diversions are in place using Aylesbury Road and Nutley Lane. Motorists are asked to avoid the area as the Merrion Road will remain closed for a number of hours.
