Seamus Mc Mahon Murder on the 21/3/10 - Arrest

Earlier today, Thursday, the 18th August 2011, Gardaí at Dundalk arrested a 39 year old man in connection to the investigation into the murder of Seamus Mc Mahon at Bothar Croinn, Dundalk, Co. Louth, on 21st March 2010.

This man is the second person to be arrested in connection to the investigation. 
 

A 32 year old woman was arrested on 7th June 2011 and was subsequently released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. 
 

The man is detained at Dundalk Garda Station under Section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
