Joint Operation between GNDU and Revenue Customs on the 20/4/11

As part of an intelligence led investigation a search was carried out on a premises near Malahide Road, Coolock on the afternoon of the 20/4/11.

It resulted in the seizure of 400kgs of cannabis resin, 50kgs of cannabis herb and 8 kgs of tablets (subject to analysis) with an estimated  street value of €3.5m.

One man in his 20's has been detained at Santry Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
