Gardai have arrested a second male, aged in his 30's, in relation to the ongoing investigation into the murder Denis Donaldson.

<_o3a_p>He was arrested last night (12/4/11) and is detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 at Letterkenny Garda Station.

A 70 year old man also arrested yesterday remains in custody.<_o3a_p>

Gardai investigating the murder of Denis Donaldson at his home at Cloghercor, Doochary, Co. Donegal in April 2006 have arrested a 70 year old male this evening in connection with the murder.
He is currently detained at Letterkenny Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
