Gardai in Newcastle West are investigating a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at Garryduff in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick at approximately 9.10pm on the 12th Sept 2010.
Three men (all aged in their 30’s) were pronounced dead at the scene after the people carrier in which they were travelling was involved in a collision with a car.<_o3a_p>
Three other occupants of the people carrier were taken to <_st13a_place _w3a_st="on"><_st13a_placename _w3a_st="on">Limerick<_st13a_placename _w3a_st="on">Regional<_st13a_placetype _w3a_st="on">Hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.<_o3a_p>
The four occupants of the car were not seriously injured.<_o3a_p>
The road has now re-opened following a technical examination.<_o3a_p>
