Dissident republican activity - Special sitting at the Criminal Court on the 13/9/10

A 25 year old man is due to appear at a special sitting of the Special Criminal Court charged in relation with dissident republican activity.

The man will appear at 8.30 p.m. on the 13th September 2010 at a sitting of the court in the Criminal Courts of Justice.

 

He was arrested as part of a planned Garda operation on Saturday, the 11th of September and detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act 1939.
