Three men will appear before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court (C.C.J.) this evening, 27th September, at 630pm, charged in relation to this incident. The other person arrested in relation to this incident has been released without charge.

Gardai have arrested four people and seized a loaded firearm in an operation in Dublin this afternoon.
As part of a planned operation Gardai from the Special Detective Unit, based at Harcourt Court Square, who are investigating the activities of criminals in the West Dublin area, searched a house in Clondalkin this afternoon the 25th of September 2010.
A loaded Ingrams machine pistol was recovered during the search.
Four people three men and a woman where arrested at the scene. Two of the men are in their 30s and one is in his 20s, and the woman is also in her 30s. They are detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act 1939, at Clondalkin, Shankill and Blackrock Garda stations. The may be detained for up to 72 hours.
