Gardai investigating a fatal road traffic collision in Gorey on the 24th of October have released the male in his 30’s who was arrested on the 25th of October, without charge this evening.
A third person, a male in his 20’s, has been arrested this evening in Gorey in relation to the incident and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Gorey Garda Station.
The female remains in custody at Enniscorthy Garda Station.

Gardai investigating a fatal road traffic collision in Gorey, Co.Wexford on Sunday the 24th of October have arrested a female in her 30’s in relation to the incident.
The woman was arrested this morning at 10.30am (26/10/10) in Gorey and is currently detained at Enniscorthy Garda Station under Sect 30 Offences Against the State Act.
Gardai at Gorey are appealing to any witnesses or anyone who has any information concerning the incident to contact the incident room in Gorey, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
