A 20 year old male will be appearing in Dublin District Court today, the 9th November 2010 at 4.30 p.m. in relation to a serious assault resulting in the death of Lukasz Rzeszutko on the 2nd of October 2010
This is the second man to be charged in relation to this incident.

Gardai in Coolock have this evening charged one man in relation to the serious assault that occurred at Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock.
He will appear before the Criminal Court (C.C.J.) tomorrow morning, the 4th October 2010 at 10.30 a.m., charged in relation to this incident. The second man arrested in relation to this incident remains in custody in Raheny Garda Station.
A third male in his late teens has been arrested in relation to this incident and is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Clontarf Garda Station

Gardai in Coolock have this afternoon, the 3rd October 2010 arrested a second male, in connection with the serious assault that occurred at Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock on the 2nd October 2010.<_o3a_p>
The male (in his late teen's) is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Raheny Garda Station. The first man arrested still remains in custody in Swords Garda Station.
