Gardai are investigating an assault on a 25 year old man at an apartment in Parnell Court, Ennis, Co. Clare on the 31st of October 2010 at 11.45 p.m.
The injured man was taken to Mid Western Regional Hospital in Limerick, with wounds to his neck, chest and back.<_o3a_p>
A man in his 20 was arrested this morning in relation to the incident, he is detained at Ennis Garda Station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act.<_o3a_p>
Crime scenes at the apartment and on the street nearby are sealed off for a forensic technical Examination.
