Gardaí investigating an incident in Dundalk on the 13/10/10 resulting in the death of 18 year old Niall Dorr (Press Release attached refers) have arrested a man aged in his 20's.
The man was arrested on the 9th November 2010 in the Dundalk area.
He is detained at Dundalk Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
This is the 5th person arrested in relation to this investigation.

Gardaí investigating an incident in Dundalk on the 13/10/10 resulting in the death of 18 year old Niall Dorr have arrested a third man in relation to this investigation.
The 30 year old man was arrested in Dundalk this afternoon (15/10/10) and is currently detained at Drogheda Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 Criminal Justice Act. The two men arrested earlier are still in custody at Dundalk Garda Station.
A Post Mortem was completed this afternoon (15/10/10). For operational reasons investigating Gardaí will not be releasing details.
