In relation to the fatal shooting of Daniel Gaynor on 14th August 2010.
A 22 year old man is scheduled to appear in Blanchardstown District Court at 10.30am tomorrow, the 10th November 2010 in connection with the incident.

Gardai in Finglas investigating the fatal shooting of Daniel Gaynor on 14th August 2010 have arrested a 22 year man.
He was arrested shortly after 11.30pm last night 7th November 2010 in the Dublin area.
He is being detained at Finglas Garda station under the provisions of section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act.
