Gardaí at Bray Co Wicklow are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at a Post Office on Kilbride Lane, Bray, Co Wicklow at 11.45am this morning (25/11/10).

A masked man armed with what Gardaí believe to be a handgun entered the Post Office threatened staff and demanded cash.
A quantity of cash was handed over and the raider fled the scene. No person was injured during this incident.
In a follow up operation Gardaí arrested a man in his 20’s near the scene. He is detained at Bray Garda Station under Section 30 Offences against the State Act.
A quantity of cash has been recovered.
