A male in his 30’s was arrested after stopping a car this morning, the 8/5/10.
Gardai stopped a car in the Castleconnell area and discovered what is believed to be cannabis herb (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of € 240,000.
The driver, a male in his 30’s, was arrested at the scene and brought to Henry Street Garda Station where he is currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
