Gardai at Terenure investigating the murder of Liam Murray, of Rockbrook Cottages, Rathfarnham, Dublin, and the discovery of his body on the morning of the 20th March 2009 are renewing their appeal to the public for information.
Liam Murray (aged 42) was socialising at a bar on the junction between South Circular Road and Clonbrassil Street up to 6pm on St Patrick's Day - 17th March 2009.
He was later seen in the Terenure area.
The Rockbrook Cottages are on the Edmonstown Road near Rockbrook School and close to the Mount Venus Cemetery.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have seen Liam on St Patrick's Day or up to the 20th March 2009, or who may have been in the vicinity of Rockbrook Cottages in the days up to and after St Patrick's Day to contact the incident room in Terenure on 01 6666400, or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111.

Gardai at Rathfarnham are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body of a male in his early 40's at a house on Edmundstown Road, Rathfarnham this morning at approximately 10 a.m. on the 20th March, 2009.
Gardai are at scene and the state pathologist has been notified. The scene is currently preserved.
A press briefing will take place at Terenure Garda Station at 4.30 p.m. today 20th March, 2009.
