Investigation into the death of Seamus O'Byrne on the 13/3/09 - Arrest

Gardai at Tallaght Garda Station investigating the murder of Seamus O'Byrne at Tymon North Park, Tallaght, on the 13th of March 2009, have arrested a 32 year old man this morning the 3rd of March 2010.

The man is detained under Section 30 of The Offences Against the State Act 1939/98 at Tallaght Garda Station and may be detained for up to 72 hours.
