Ongoing investigation by Gardai from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation into alleged financial irregularities.
The man who was being detained at Bray Garda station in relation to the ongoing investigation into alleged financial irregularities at a financial institution, has been released without charge this afternoon, the 19th March 2010.
The investigation is ongoing and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Ongoing investigation by Gardai from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation into alleged financial irregularities.
As part of the ongoing investigation by Gardai from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation into alleged financial irregularities at a Financial Institution, a search was carried out this morning, the 18th March 2010 and a male in his early 60's has been arrested.
He is being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended at Bray Garda Station.
