A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The woman being detained at Lucan Garda Station under Section 4 of Criminal Justice Act (See previous release below) has been released without charge.

Gardaí investigating the circumstances surrounding the recent public disclosure of correspondence addressed to An Garda Síochána at Balbriggan Garda Station have this morning, the 18/3/10 arrested a woman in her 30s. She was arrested at 10.20hrs on the 18th March 2010.
She is currently detained at Lucan Garda Station under Section 4 of Criminal Justice Act.
