Gardaí are renewing their appeal in relation to the double shooting that occurred at approximately 8pm on the 28th June on the Neilstown Road, Clondalkin (see original releases below).
Gardaí in Ronanstown are still looking to speak to anyone who may have seen a silver Audi A6. The car was stolen in Co. Carlow during the night of the 8th/9th June 2010. The correct registration number for the car is 02 D 2633, and the car may have been seen with either this number or 00 KE 13498 (the false number) at any point between the 8/9th June and the 28th June 2010.
Gardaí are appealing for any information on the movement of the silver Audi A6 between 8/9th June and 28th June.
The car had a taxi sign on the roof at the time of the murder, and in any footage, the car may be with or without this taxi roof sign.

Gardaí investigating last night's double shooting on the Neilstown Road are appealing for information on the movements of a car in the area. The car is a silver Audi A6 fitted with a taxi plate and stolen registration plates bearing the number 00 KE 13498. Anyone who saw this car in the Clondalkin village/Neilstown Road area between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. last night or following the shooting observed the car travelling on the Fonthill Road or in the Foxborough area (where it was found burnt out) is asked to contact gardaí at Ronanstown Garda Station on 01 6667700 or the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.

Gardai in Ronanstown are investigating a shooting incident which occurred on the Neilstown Road at approximately 8.00pm this evening 28th June 2010.
Two men aged in their 30’s were pronounced dead at the scene after shots were fired into the car in which they were sitting.
The scene has been sealed off and Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Neilstown Road area around the time of the incident or have any information to contact Ronanstown Garda Station on 01-6667700.
