The Annual Skerries 100 Motorcycle Road Races will take place this weekend 2nd/ 3rd July, 2010 in Skerries Co Dublin.This event attracts thousands of spectators every year.
A number of road closures will be in place on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd July, 2010.
Practice races will take place on Friday (2/7/10) with road closures in place from 3pm until 9.30pm, the Main Lusk to Skerries Road (R127) will be closed during these times. Access to Skerries will be via Rush with diversions in place in Lusk. Motorists can also access Skerries via Balbriggan using the M1.
The actual Road Races take place on Saturday (3/7/10) with road closures in place from 9.30am until 6.30pm (See Above)
Patrons are advised to be aware of their own personal safety and security while attending this event.
Persons attending this event are urged to use official car parks.
