Gardai at Dun Laoghaire are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the N11 Cabinteely on the 29th July 2010.
The collision occurred at approximately 12.50 hours when a motor car collided with an Ambulance at the junction of Johnstown Road and the N11.
A man in his late 70's was injured in the collision and brought to Loughlinstown Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. A passenger in the Ambulance and the driver of the motor car were also treated for minor injuries.
The scene was technically examined and the road has since re-opened.
