One of the men arrested on an operation on Friday/Saturday, the 9th /10th July 2010 in Co. Louth, is due before the Special Criminal Court charged in relation to the incident.
The final man being held, following a Garda operation on Friday and Saturday 9th /10th July in the Co Louth area, was released this afternoon from Balbriggan Garda Station.
A file on the matter is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

One of the men arrested on an operation on Friday/Saturday, the 9th /10th July 2010 in Co. Louth, is due before the Special Criminal Court charged in relation to the incident.
The 21year old man will appear at 10.30 a.m. on Monday the 12th of July.
One man remains in custody and the three others arrested as part of the same operation have been released without charge.
