Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Newcastle, Co. Dublin, 19th July 2010

Gardai at Rathcoole are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Lyons Rd, Newcastle, this morning.

At approximately 11am a 33 year old male was fatally injured when the 4x4 vehicle he was driving collided with a tree. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle at the time.

The road was closed for a technical examination but has since re-opened.
