Seizure of ammunition and arrests at Finglas, Dublin on the 14/1/10

Gardai from Garda National Drugs Unit and Organised Crime Unit discover 600 rounds of ammunition and arrest 3 people in Finglas on the 14th January 2010.

Gardai from the G.N.D.U. and O.C.U. carried out a search of an apartment in Premier Square, Finglas yesterday evening, the 14/1/10.  During the course of the search they found 600 rounds of ammunition and a silencer.

Three people (2 female 27 & 30yrs and a male 30yrs) were arrested and are being detained in Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of Sec 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939.
