Fatal road traffic collision on the Malahide Road, Dublin on the 15/1/10

Gardai in Coolock are investigating the circumstances of a fatal single vehicle road traffic collision on the Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5.

A single vehicle road traffic collision occurred at approx. 01.15hrs on the 15th Jan 2010 on the Malahide Road, Coolock between Belmayne and Campions Public House.

The sole male (26yrs) occupant of the car was seriously injured and conveyed to Beaumont Hospital by ambulance where he was pronounced dead at 02.00hrs on the 15th Jan 2010.

The road was closed for a Forensic Collision Examination and re-opened at 06.15hrs on the 15th Jan.
