Death of infant boy at Lusk, Dublin on the 8/1/10 - Release of people in custody

Release of people in investigation into the death of an infant in Lusk on the 8th January.

The man and woman who were in Garda Custody in relation to this investigation have been released without charge today, the 16th of January 2009 and a file will be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
