Gardai in Finglas are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the Rathoath Road between Dunsink Lane and the junction of Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
The collision occurred at approximately 2.10am this morning – 22nd February 2010.
A man in his early 30’s was pronounced dead at the scene when the car in which he was the sole occupant apparently went out of control.
He was taken to the City Morgue, Marino.
There was no one else injured in the incident.
The road was closed for a Forensic Collision Examination and is due to re-open shortly.
