Fatal road traffic collision at Ashbourne, Meath on the 16/2/10

Gardaí in Ashbuourne, Co. Meath are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 00.05am this morning, the 16th February 2010.

The single vehicle road traffic collision occurred at Miltown in Ashbourne.

The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, a man in his late 30's, was taken to Beaumount Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The scene has been sealed off for a Garda technical examination.
