Fatal stabbing in Lucan, Dublin on the 2/12/10

Gardai in Lucan are investigating the fatal stabbing of a 33 year old male at a residence in the Cannonbrook Estate, Lucan, Co. Dublin this evening, the 2nd December 2010.

A 25 year old male was arrested at the scene and  is currently detained at Lucan Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
 

The scene has been preserved for technical examination. The office of the State Pathologist has been notified. The body remains at scene.
