Gardai in Bruff, Co. Limerick are investigating a fatal single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the 13th of December 2010.
The collision between the vehicle and a fence happened at Castlefarm on the N24 between Hospital and Limerick City at about 9.30 a.m.
The sole female (41yrs) occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to Limerick Regional Hospital
The road was closed for a Forensic collision examination and was re-opened at approx 3pm today the 13th Dec 2010
