Gardai in Mountjoy are investigating the circumstances of a fatal fire at a house in Cabra Park, Dublin 7 on the 13th December 2010.
The fire was discovered at approx 11.45pm on the 13th December 2010. Three males were taken to the Mater Hospital. One of the males (40 yrs) was pronounced dead on arrival at the Hospital. The two other males injuries were not serious, possible smoke inhalation, both of them have been released from hospital.
There were 3 other people in the house at the time of the fire they were uninjured.
The scene of the fire has been sealed off for a Technical examination.
