Fatal road traffic collision at Dungarvan, Waterford on the 15/4/10

Gardaí at Dungarvan are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 3.30pm today at Colligan, Dungarvan.

A car and a motorbike were in collision at the above location. A 19 year old male motorcyclist was fatally injured. The female driver of the car (only occupant) in her 30’s has been seriously injured and has been taken to Waterford Regional Hospital.
 

The scene is currently closed for technical examination and traffic diversions are in place.
 

Investigations are continuing.
