The injured party in this case died as a result of their injuries on 17th May 2009.
Gardaí investigating this incident, today, the 29/9/09 arrested a 28 year old man at Old Gallowsfield, Tralee and took him to Tralee Garda Station where he was charged.
He will appear before Tralee District Court tomorrow morning, the 30/9/09 at 11am.

The Gardai in Tralee are investigating a stabbing incident at approx 7pm on the 16th May 2009 in which a 32yr old male was seriously injured.
He has been taken to Kerry General Hospital and his condition is described as critical. A male (28yrs) has been arrested and is currently being detained at Tralee Garda Station.
