Gardai at Portlaoise are seeking the publics assistance in tracing the where abouts of Niall Cummins from Tramore, Co. Wexford.
Niall was last seen at 4.30pm on Monday 7th September 2009 at the campsite of Electric Picnic, Stradbally, Co. Laois.
Niall is 19 years old and is described as 5' 8" in height, of Slight Build, with fair shoulder length hair and blue eyes.
