Gardaí in Tallaght are seeking assistance in locating the whereabouts of Leanne Evans (aged 15 years) from Brookview Green, Talllaght.
Leanne was last seen in Brookview Green on 2pm on the 18th September. She was wearing silk beige pyjama bottoms and beige boots.
Leanne suffers from a medical condition and needs medication. Her family are concerned for her safety.
