Gardaí at Kilrush are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred shortly after 7.15am this morning, the 3/9/09 at Cloonkerry, Labasheeda, Co. Clare.
The road the collision occurred on is a minor one that is situated just off the R473 which is the Coast Road.
The 19 year old female driver and sole occupant of the car was killed when she lost control of her vehicle and collided with a ditch. Her body has been removed to the morgue at Limerick Regional Hospital.
