The man who was arrested in relation to the drug seizure at Dublin Port has been charged and will appear before Dublin District Court.
The 47 year old man who was arrested in relation to Wednesday’s, the 9/9/09 drug seizure at Dublin Port has been charged and will appear before Dublin District Court 44 at 10.30am this morning, the 11/9/09.
Officers from Revenue's Customs service based at Dublin Port, supported by Gardaí, seized 700kgs of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €8.4million (depending on analysis) on Wednesday, 9th September 2009.
Gardaí from the Garda National Drugs Unit arrested the Dutch National and had him detained at Store Street Garda Station under Section 2 Drug Trafficking Act.
