If taken unsupervised it is extremely dangerous.
Gardai at Sligo have taken a report of the loss of dangerous drugs in the Sligo Town centre area on the 9/9/09.
The lost medication is Clozaril and comprises of 12 x 100mg and 48 x 25mg tablets. The medication is yellow in colour and housed on blister type cards. This medication is prescribed for a certain condition and if taken unsupervised it is extremely dangerous.
